You might have pushed me on the swings on the playground
and taken me fishing after school.
You might have taught me how to drive a fourwheeler
and a standard pickup truck.
You might have danced with me at Prom
and taken me out for pizza afterward.
You might have sat with me on the bleachers at football games
and snuck out of the house with me late at night.
You might have... when we were kids
but it was worth the wait.

Wow, this is so good! I'm completely blown away by how relatable this whole blog is and I just...I love it so much! I have always wished that the boy I loved for 14 years (from the time I was 4 until he said goodbye to me forever at 18) would have ended up my husband. But after reading this, I am really inspired and I feel content.
